What materials do you use?
Our collars feature durable nylon webbing covered with beautiful printed fabric, lightweight breakaway hardware, a metal D-ring for ID tags, and carefully selected decorative charms.
Can I attach an AirTag or ID tag?
Yes! The metal D-ring is designed to hold lightweight ID tags or compatible cat trackers. We recommend keeping accessories lightweight for your cat's comfort.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders are handmade and ship within 3–5 business days. During new collection launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We happily ship to many countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your order. Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because our collars are handmade, personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
My collar arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
